Weight-loss Blog!
1. Current Weight 190ish
2. Short Term goal 175 by my 21st birthday!
3. Long Term goal 148 by spring break 10'.
I'll keep everyone updated week by week.
I realize that I am beautiful no matter what size I wear, no matter what the scales tell me. But I realized that the number staring back at me on the scale says: Vulnerable and subjectable too: Diabetes, Heart Disease, and so many more health issues I’m going to change the way I eat, Pizza, and pasta will be there for the rest of my life, right now, i need to get healthy.
So i’ve been gone a while because the weekends are always hectic around here.
are we sticking to the plan?
yes, although its been a little hard :/
gonna see the nutritionist tomorrow, i’m not to excited about it because they’re going to weigh me and all that good stuff lol…
For lunch my mom made salad and fish, yummy :D
she wanted me to ahve a little ice cream and you know what?
i had it :/
i’m contemplating weightwatchers.
any thoughts?

with some water and i wont lie i had some cucumber hehe.
So i was looking at all these blogs and was sort of shocked when I realized that some of these people are really sick.
My blog isn’t about dying to be skinny. I want to be healthy. I will not support anyone that harms their body by starving, or forcefully hurling.
I do however encourage, healthy eating, exercise and self control :D
For breakfast i had some cottage cheese with a glass of water and some eggs.

My mommy made me us caldo de pollo … Chicken broth :D
Skinless chicken with pumpkin, tomato, cabbage, carrots, potatoes and various other vegetables.
Note: Skip out on the potatoes guys! <3

Alright, this is going to take some time getting used too.
As soon as I decided to go on this diet it’s like my hormones went crazy and started craving EVERYTHING ITALIAN!
Does anyone else feel that? How can I overcome this random hunger?
I want to do this, but it seems like I have to part ways with food that I absolutely love for a while and we haven’t had our last goodbye?

3. some sort of lettuce
4. Jalapenos
5. Half a tea spoon of the horrid Ceaser dressing
6. 8 croutons :]
Yummy? I think so. with a HUGE cup of water.
